DATA COLLECTION

You agree that CASHCOW. GLOBAL INC. shall collect your information and data for research and development. The types of information we collect will depend upon the services you subscribe to, how you use them, and what you choose to provide.

The Licensor shall collect your data upon registration and account verification and as you transact using Cashcow. Your data is any information from which your identity can directly determine or identify you. Your personal information shall include but is not limited to your (a)name, (b)sex, (c)date of birth, (d)address, (e)mobile number, (f)email address, (g)location, (h)bank account details, and other data points whenever applicable. You may choose not to share your personal information, but the services you can avail of from the licensed application will be limited.

The Licensor shall collect the identifying information upon the Business Account Registration and as you transact using Cashcow. The data includes but is not limited to the (a)owner of the Account, whether a representative or not, (b)business name. (c)business address. (d)business contact, (e)email address, and your updated (f)business permit to validate the legitimacy of your business.

Your non-personal information—including but not limited to your device data, system and application software, and peripherals—is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you (if any) related to the Licensed Application. Licensor may use this information to improve and provide services or technologies.

DATA CONFIDENTIALITY and PRIVACY

You understand and warrant that all the information and data collected from you will be stored, encrypted, and backed up in a centralized database. We shall carefully restrict the employees, contractors, and third parties to the confidential information and require responsible and authorized personnel to sign nondisclosure restrictions. Licensor shall not distribute, sell, or rent to other unauthorized parties/individual Licensee’s collected data. Licensor shall not communicate the gathered information informally between our employees, contractors, and third parties.

DATA SHARING AND USE

You agree that when you provide your personal information, the Licensor will share it with affiliated third parties: our Merchant partners, other CashCow users, other companies, or financial institutions that provide services to us. All data collected and stored shall be used to provide you with the services you need and prefer, show and communicate relevant advertisements on our services, upgrade customer experiences, tailor products according to your preferences.

These are the following reasons for collecting your personal information:

To provide you with personalized services or products.
To manage risks and protect both you and the Licensor from fraudulent or other criminal activities by verifying users’ identification.
To notify you of activities done using the licensed application.
To provide you with options according to your location or offers if you share your geolocation through the Licensed Application. We will use this app to provide you with services near you (advertising, personalized content, and search results).
To provide and manage your business needs. To monitor, analyze and improve the services and sites’ performance and functionality.
To keep you updated on our latest software updates and services.
To communicate with advertisements and push notifications.

Reasons for collecting technical information

To gain statistical and analytical knowledge – for research purposes.
To identify problems that you encounter in the licensed application and form informed decisions on solving such issues.
To improve customer experiences. The information gives us insight into what services you often use and what features need upgrading or updating.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

CashCow Users are responsible for the security of their accounts. We presume that the user made all the transactions through this License Application. Users must immediately notify us of lost passwords and if there are suspicious or fraudulent activities. CASHCOW.GLOBAL INC. will not be liable for any lost passwords.

You are required to provide identification documents upon account verification and to update all your information and identification documents every three years or upon the expiration of your documents identification cards, business permits, or the like. The Licensor reserves the right to revoke or delete fictitious accounts and block and delete unsatisfactory business ratings and prank call orderings.

TERMINATED ACCOUNTS

The data of closed or deleted accounts shall be maintained and safely stored for at least five (5) years from the dates the accounts were closed, with all records of customer identification and transaction documents by CASHCOW. GLOBAL INC. unless otherwise specified by the law.

You may not delete your account if you have a pending transaction, have a dispute to be resolved, or evade an investigation on you.
